TOOLS:

  • pan with lid
  • stove
  • spatula
  1. pan on stove MEDIUM heat lil oil
  2. frozen dumplings go flat-side DOWN make them fit
  3. fry until bottoms are golden (don't touch them)

  4. add 60ml water cover lid FAST (it sizzles, you're fine)
  5. steam until water is gone
