INGREDIENTS:
- →6-10frozen dumplings(however many fit)
- →lil bitoil
- →~60mlwater
TOOLS:
- →pan with lid
- →stove
- →spatula
- pan on stove → MEDIUM heat → lil oil
- frozen dumplings go flat-side DOWN → make them fit
- fry until bottoms are golden (don't touch them) →2:00
- add 60ml water → cover lid FAST (it sizzles, you're fine)
- steam until water is gone →5:00
- flip onto plate → crispy side UP → end result: 🏆
