Just like Malatang, but you control the meat!
INGREDIENTS:
- โ500mlwater
- โbig handfulKIMCHI(the red cabbage stuff)
- โ1 spoonGOCHUJANG(red paste in tub)
- โ1 packramen noodles(throw away the powder)
- โa few piecesMEAT(frozen slices or mini sausages)
- โ1cheese slice
TOOLS:
- โbig pot
- โstove
- โspoon
- 500ml water in big pot โ heat to HIGH
- add KIMCHI (the red cabbage stuff) โ just a big handful
- add 1 spoon GOCHUJANG (red paste in tub) โ stir
- wait for angry bubbles โ5:00
- ramen noodles in โ THROW AWAY the powder packet (trust)
- drop in MEAT (frozen slices or mini sausages) โ it'll defrost itself
- boil until noodles squiggly + meat looks cooked โ4:00
- cheese slice on top โ heat OFF โ end result: soup โ๏ธ
