Just like Malatang, but you control the meat!

INGREDIENTS:

  • โ†’500mlwater
  • โ†’big handfulKIMCHI(the red cabbage stuff)
  • โ†’1 spoonGOCHUJANG(red paste in tub)
  • โ†’1 packramen noodles(throw away the powder)
  • โ†’a few piecesMEAT(frozen slices or mini sausages)
  • โ†’1cheese slice

TOOLS:

  • โ†’big pot
  • โ†’stove
  • โ†’spoon
  1. 500ml water in big pot โ†’ heat to HIGH
  2. add KIMCHI (the red cabbage stuff) โ†’ just a big handful
  3. add 1 spoon GOCHUJANG (red paste in tub) โ†’ stir
  4. wait for angry bubbles โ†’
    5:00
  5. ramen noodles in โ†’ THROW AWAY the powder packet (trust)
  6. drop in MEAT (frozen slices or mini sausages) โ†’ it'll defrost itself
  7. boil until noodles squiggly + meat looks cooked โ†’

  8. cheese slice on top โ†’ heat OFF โ†’ end result: soup โœ”๏ธ
